Bullet for my Valentine poster

Bullet for my Valentine was formed in 1998 and was originally names Jeff Killed John. The band went through other names before settling on Bullet for my Valentine in 2002. Their first album, The Poison, was released in October 2005. The album was first released in the UK, and was released in the USA a few months later, on Valentine´s Day.

The band´s second album Scream Aim Fire debuted at number 4 on the Billboard chart.

The band was original formed by Matthew Tuck, Michael Paget, Nick Crandle and Michael Thomas on the drums. Nick Crandle is no longer with the band, having been replaced by Jason James.

Axl Rose Guns N Roses poster

Although not nearly as popular as they were in my college years, Axl Rose and Guns N Roses are still one of our top sell bands. This poster in particular that I am going to highlight today is a great seller.

Anyway, before I get to the poster, a little history on Axl Rose and Guns N Roses. Axl Rose was born on February 6 1962 as William Bruce Rose, Jr.. Guns N Roses the band was formed in 1982 when Axl Rose teamed up with Tracii Guns, from LA Guns.

Guns N Roses was very successful in the late 80´s and early 90´s, but dropped off the scene until recently. Guns N Roses first major success was Appetite for Destruction, released in 1987. Appetite for Destruction still ranks as the 4th best selling debut album of all time in the USA. We also carry the Appetite for Destruction poster.

Guns N Roses would follow this album with an even greater hit, or should I say hits, Use Your Illusions I and Use Your Illusions II. This release would mark the first time a band released two albums that ended up debuting at number 1 and 2 on the BillBoard chart.
